We all would agree blood and meat is a weird and not so appealing food when you hear of it the first time he even admitted it, but he tried Dinuguan and bec. of that mindset he got his reward, a mouthful of umami.

I'm here from watching more recent videos. I'm a Filipino who was born in PH but spend 99% of my life in the US so I'm more American than anything. I'm still proud of my Filipino heritage and it makes me happy when others enjoy the culture and food. Dinuguan and Sinigang are among my favorite dishes and I eat them with lots of rice and sabaw (broth). I'm happy that you've been enjoying the cuisine and I love your personality. Hi big guy!... the philippines was colonized by the spanish for like 500 years, that is why our language have a lot of spanish words in it. Also the cuisine is very close or similar to mexican and other south american countries, but with different spices. Also we have chinese influence because of all the chinese traders that traded with us in the 1800's (i think) and the great migration of the chinese also, that is why we have the oldest chinatown (i think hehe)... and that is why we also have the noodles like pancit and other dishes. I really love that you appreciate our food... and i am with the others in saying that you are very welcome to come here and experience our culture... though not a perfect country... we will make it a great stay... mabuhay ka! long live big guy!!!

I just love your reaction to each food you ate both in the part 1 and this. I'm moving on to Part 3 and so on. As Filipinos, most of us say grace before meals and that's something to see in a mukbanger. You also seem to have a very good relationship and respect for your mom.
