Next is a tutorial to set / change "ENGINE SPEED IDLE" on a Volvo FMX 440 vehicle in a coal mine.
Setting the engine rotation (RPM) when "LOW IDLE" on the Volvo Truck FMX 440 only uses the menu in the "INSTRUMENT PANEL", without using the "Volvo Tech Tool".
The purpose of setting the engine speed (RPM) when "LOW IDLE" on the Volvo FMX 440 is so that the engine speed (RPM) matches what is allowed by the "Volvo Trucks".
The engine speed (RPM) when "LOW IDLE" on the Volvo FMX 440 is between "550 RPM to 650 RPM", but the recommended "600 RPM".
