Having seen these guys over 30 times in the last 15 years I can tell you they are awesome live. Every one of them are very talented, they have a great time on stage. You won't find a better concert for the buck, they play 25 songs non stop every show I've seen and for 25 or 30 bucks. My favorite band...

I am a 55 year old man and in the early 90's I had a crush on this girl, head over heels, but I was the good guy, the one who solved her problems. It was the only time she would actually call me. No matter how much she used me I just could not stop myself, I was in love with this girl, the problem was she was not in love with me. The sad reality was that I was a cash register, and door mat to her. I was never the same with women after that, I felt like a fool rightfully so. This song encapsulates my life at that time, I still see her at times over 20 years later and reflect back on those days as I ignore her completely. Sorry for the rant but this song was my song for years.

In February of 1995 my then girlfriend asked me if I wanted to go see The Dave Mathhews Band, Big Head Todd and the Monsters and The Ugly Americans...I said, absolutely not. She wasn't happy and went without me. Well, I ran into her around the holidays (December 2017) and BHTATM came up. I asked her if she still listened to them. She said no. Which is really ironic, because I still do.

I got into these guys thanks to my first guitar teacher, Matt Greenway having covered this song and a couple others in his Boise, ID based band, Six Sense. The opening riff got me and I kept asking him to teach me the song, he did, so I ended up picking up their first live album and I've seen them live four times since then. Can't wait til they roll through Boise, ID again.
