The staff are seriously underrated tbh. All the managers, stylists, choreographers, back dancers, producers, lyricists, the security, the support staff, the video content team, the whole of BigHit, oops, HYBE. Anyways, actually each members were adorned by staff, they baby the boys and at the same time respect them the way bts respect and adore them. I mean most of the staff were with them since the start so they're really close. I just hope they won't take advantage the closeness they have with the boys.

In a lot of ways it's not surprising that they become so close with the staff. I would expect they work with a lot of the same people - even the more "behind the scenes" roles that would otherwise be high-turnover (or simply have a lot of people) like cameras, lighting, sound, ADs, etc. - on a regular basis. What makes BTS special is that they clearly not only recognize all of the staff, but notice things (RM noticing the different glasses on the guy collecting his mic pack) and incorporate them into their games/performances where they can.

one of the things that got me into BTS was because everyone would say you can also stan the staffs as well. I was reluctant on joining K-Pop because I heard of the terrible culture (overworking, not caring about the artists, extreme dieting, etc) but BTS showed me it's not all bad :') I've also started venturing into other groups, so wish me luck on my K-Pop journey~
