As a 100% Filipino that speak and understand Tagalog (Philippine Language) I totally understood the GMA News TV weather passover fail lol. The guy with the forecast background accidentally called the other guy the name of the Storm instead of his real name then proceeded to forget how to do his job properly and mess up explaining the storm situation

Aight Panda, love that the compilation you guys reacted to even included a Filipino news fail at 6:25 :D For a bit of context, the reporter in the clip on the left with a suit, named Jun Veneracion, is talking to their resident meteorologist (on the right): Nathaniel "Mang Tanny" (which can be translated as "Mr./Uncle Tanny") Cruz. We name typhoons that enter our area of responsibility, and in that particular fail, the typhoon they were talking about was named "Josie". Mistakenly, Mang Tanny called Jun "Josie" which makes for that amazing fail and Mang Tanny trying to hold in his laughter. In fact, Jun made a joking remark about it when the segment finished saying "Okay, we'll leave it there Mang Tanny, who knows what else you might call me."

Former news producer here, at around 16 minutes you asked what's that around the traffic anchor's leg. It's actually her lav mic pack. A lot of female anchors will have a velcro strap that holds that mic pack since there's really not anywhere to put that mic on a dress. Most male anchors and reporters will just tuck it into a suit jacket pocket or pants pocket. And the male anchor blooper at around 17:30 is from a station in the market I worked. Never change Rockford IL, never change.
