Love your take on this and the fact you're possibly neurodivergent, let's say it makes even more sense as Ren has ADHD as well as the Lyme disease that caused psych issues on top of what was already going on. Whether in part or in whole majority of us have or have faced struggles, illnesses, demons as we try to navigate our way through a life that at times feels far from natural. Personally I've experienced psychosis and are diagnosed with schizophrenia. I'm not a victom and I see the beauty in this world no matter how dark the shadow gets at times. Ren's holding up the mirror that unites us all and that's exactly what the world needs right now. I can feel the frequency rising and the love, the real love that starts with self is reflecting back at us and we are not alone in that mirror. Much love big man from the upside down land of the South.

REN has such a great message for our generation of confused human beings. He hit the nail straight on it’s head with his lyrics as well as his message at the end. This video should be shared for all to hear. There is no “ good “ without “ bad “, no happiness without sorrow, it’s just which one you choose to listen to and follow. Good on you REN, for being brave enough to sing about what we all suffer from ( at different times of our lives ). Nick, a great reaction video, once again. Keep up the good work. ♾🙏👑🙏♾☺️

not to mention the technical prowess to pull this off in a live take. He has complete control over his instrument while rapping/singing/acting out two different roles. This performance (I can't really call it a song because that seems too small a word for it) resonates with so many, but a lot of the people that seem the most moved by it (from my experience and that of those I personally know) are neurodivergent. Not saying that you ARE...I don't know you, but you opened the door a little. To me, an Autistic individual with ADHD, the "negative" in my own head is comprised of all the ways in which neurotypical people have dug at me my whole life for not being who they expect me to be. My anxiety takes all their criticisms and plays them on repeat. For me, my dance got easier when I found out that I was Autistic, that I did have ADHD...it meant all those things that people couldn't accept were not my fault. It's just how I'm wired and I'm doing the best I can to survive in a world that wasn't set up for my existence. So, yeah, if you have suspicions, dig into that and do some research. Once I found out, it was like so many parts of my life suddenly made sense. It doesn't fix anything, but knowing why you are the way you are only helps you understand yourself better. It helped me figure out how to ask for support where I needed it most.

Hello Nick! I'm still impressed.. When I started to listen to Ren's song with your comments I thought -- what a guitar playing, super performance, so talented guy!..✌🏼👍🏼 Then I realized I didn't understand the lyrics for 100% (he sings fast in English) and I went to read the lyrics to get it for 100%. I restarted to listen to the song with you from the beginning. And wowwww, his words are so profound. He opens his soul completely! I love such singers, you know it🙂 Then I was concentrated only on the words (and your wonderful comments and reaction as well). I understood that even without music this masterpiece would be brilliant. He can just speak and it would be fantastic. As soon as I thought about it he stopped the music and began speaking. Then just tears.. "My music is really connecting" - YES, "This eternal waltz that separates human beings from angels, from demons.." -- ABSOLUTE TRUTH. Thank you for your great reaction and your choice of this singer. HUGS from me🐬🌊💙
@bignickofficial Жыл бұрын
Thankyou for taking time to read lyrics and understand this more. It's simply amazing. The way he words demons and angels reminds me how shaman words it. Not simular artist, but their connection to the spiritual side of life feels similar. 😁✌️
@anastasiyadruzhevskaya432 Жыл бұрын
@@bignickofficial I intentionnaly didn't write about Shaman in my comment as I thought you are a bit tired of him (many his fans on your channel)😊 But if you started..😬 Yes, I completely agree with what you said!!!💓 And in this Ren's performance I see and hear demons and angels from Shaman's "My ravens" and "Confession". Ren confesses to his listeners in the same honest open way as Shaman does. I feel the same spiritual side of life in Hua's songs and he also shows his soul to his listeners but may be not in such extent as Shaman and Ren. Wow, they 3 are the best for me on BigNickReacts😍 Interesting, they create their music and lyrics so this is directly from their hearts to our hearts. Therefore we understand "the language of God" (as Shaman called music). Abbraccio Nicky!

I stumbled across your reaction today. I normally only watch reactions to one artist, which is NF. However, after listening to Hi-Ren for the first time, I can't help myself but watch other people experience their first time with this masterpiece. I've probably listened to Hi-Ren at least fifty times at this point, and it still gives me goosebumps and it makes me tear up, every, single, time. I wanted to thank you for your honest and vulnerable reaction. I want you to know that you are not alone. Unfortunately, there are a lot of us that understand you. As I mentioned earlier, I usually only react to NF. The reason that it's an f is because I found his music when I was at my lowest point. I had no intent to kill myself but would be okay if I was hit by a passing bus. I had no will to live when I found his music. I caught the hook of one of his songs will I was in a friend's car. Those lyrics resonated with me so deeply that I went home to look it up. All I can say is that NFs music saved my life. It helped to pull me out of the dark hole I had fallen into. And to this day it helps to keep me out of that hole. I don't know if you've ever heard of him but I would love to see you react to some of his music. If you get the chance please react to NF - The Search.

This has been one of the most truly visceral reactions to the song I've watched. Since I discovered the song weeks ago I've watched quite a few reaction videos just to see if others were as moved as I have been by this song. I sent it to everyone I know with the message that this is what goes on in my head every day, so when it seems I'm not paying attention, it's because I'm having a conversation with one of the voices in my head. I had hoped they'd finally understand my "weirdness." It's been so gratifying seeing the reaction Ren has been receiving for this song and by extension, all his other music. Yay! So happy you liked it and understand the struggle. Also, thank you for appreciating the spoken word at the end as well. That part is also extremely important to me. Thank you. 💜💜

I see that you still haven't reacted to Ren's "The Tale of Jenny & Screech". This is a no-brainer and a MUST SEE! I felt very emotional the first time I reacted to "Hi Ren" too. MANY have, I think that this resonates with all of us in some ways. Some more than others, but he is such a talented storyteller! I can't wait for you to see this Trilogy. Be sure you get the video that says (FULL) and that it's the OMV version, because there is a live version as well, but do it after the MV version. Cheers from the Speak Easy Lounge!

Thank you for reminding me 😁✌️ so many suggestions come through and so many artists to check out it's nice to be reminded now and again. I am 100 percent reacting to ren again soon so this is very helpful ☺️ 🙂

I am autistic as well. I didnt find out until i was 52. If this were not so damn real it would be comical and NOT genius. However... as a fellow artist as you most know, these are the challenges of the Creative. He is just the bravest of souls to filet his soul and actually vomit his soul and actually put those voices that i know i also hear while i am in the heat of my best creative streaks. I think at times its the blessing/curse.... Some of us paint thwm, others dance, and some sing and speak ❤
