Turn on the power, now hold the + and - buttons down at the same time, this will put you into the settings mode. There is a small button on the side of the switch that sets the parameters you desire. I advise you to go on KZbin and search this video, its only 5 minutes and he shows you how to do it. @@migueruta It is very comfortable, I was surprised and the pedaling is not bad at all.

That is a 9.5 out of 10, also I say bump up the wheel size when I meant bump down the wheel size to 24".
