I brought my BG 10 November of last year I had no problem with mine it’s very fast and has a lot of torque in it and still rides new to this day hope you get yours fixed

Have you tried lining up the arrows on the plug for the motor

I had the same problem but I just lined them up and it started working

Show us what is wrong with the motor. What is does and noise it makes. Do a video showing issues I would like to know

i wish i could do that right now because the bikes fixed there was a problem with the controller

How do you unlock it for full power

You hold the break turn on the bike and continue holding it for 15 more seconds

@@drugomez1736 i did that on my old bike and it worked but on this bike it doesnt work the controller doesnt let me
