Another great video! Viltrumites while in some ways closely matched with Kryptonians would ultimately always lose in a one on one fight unless they have some kryptonite based weapon to aid them. Even though extremely tough they just don't have the kind of near invulnerability and instant regeneration ability Kryptonians do.

Yes, they do Viltrumites can survive any injury as long as it doesn't affect their heart or brain. They would heal from broken limbs or deep lacerations in a few seconds, but more severe injuries like evisceration and dismemberment would take a few weeks to heal from. Even then Viltrumites have an incredibly high pain tolerance and can keep fighting even with their organs spilling out. Also, Kryptonians can be damaged by beings similar in strength to them and Viltrumites definitely fit that category.

@@controlman7490 out of all the beings superman and Zod have fought, I don't think they've ever had a hole punched through them, or had their head pop like a ketchup packet during fights, like many Viltrumites have. Kryptonians are damn near unbreakable, and on the rare occasions that they do break, they heal almost instantly if they're exposed to the sun. Sorry man, but Viltrumites just aren't quite as powerful. Plus Zod has WAY more abilities.

Wonder Woman's greatest feats as her normal self was helping to pull the earth and has tagged Zoom. Meaning that Wonder Woman is close to planetary level and faster than light. However Viltrumites have proven to travel from one galaxy to another within a couple of days and could go even faster. Omni-Man, Invincible, help from Tech Jacket and Thaedus managed to destroy Viltrum while weakened in battle. And the Viltrumite home planet is much much larger than Earth. Meaning that Omni-Man and any other Viltrumite is definitely planetary level. And Thragg is the strongest among them and has bullied Omni-Man and other Viltrumites with little to no effort. Viltrumites fighting one another and damaging one another is actually quite a big deal because they seem pretty much indestructible to other alien civilizations and other superheroes who are not Viltrumites. But that doesn't make them weak, it means that their race is the only race in the universe that can hurt one another because they're just that powerful compared to others. Plus there have been times when Superman did get damaged from other Kryptonians as well and has struggled against Solomon Grundy, Damage and has died to Doomsday. You are blatantly bias towards DC and the Superman mythos that you fail to realize that the Viltrumites are as strong as them but more brutal and aggressive. So Zod vs Omni-Man is a very close fight if you stop and think on what Omni-Man is capable of. Omni-Man is like a god with any other alien race except for other Viltrumites. Because Viltrumites are basically space gods. Exactly like Superman. Superman is like a god with any other alien race except for other Kryptonians. So this is not going to be a cake walk for Zod. But this fight would be very entertaining to see. Both are strong as fuck, both are fast as fuck and both have thousands of years of combat experience. This is a very close fight, in fact it could go either way.

I agree with Zod being this strong. Just not like how the movie made him strong. Instantly matched Clark who had at least 2 -3 decades of yellow sun exposure compared to seconds for zod. Edit: I've made a point to explain how fighting skill give a moot advantage when the brute force ration is above a certain amount except for plot armor. read it if you wish as I am hating on plot armor. The suits shielded the krytponinans and enhanced their strength like Iron man suits make a regular human superhumanly "strong." And believe it or not, I watched the ENTIRE movie. Zods sun exposure only began when his suit was damaged. And he suddenly didn't need the suit's enhancement to match (or to talk to you, "movie was well written fanboys", give Kal a run for his money) Clark. However, while he matched Kal right away, if his sun rays absorption was that good, we would see him quickly go from slightly inferior to Clark, to matching clark then overpowering clark. This we did not see.

Zod is a better fighter/combatant then Clark, he’s far more skilled in that category which is why he bested him for the majority of their battle but Clark possesses raw power. This was surprisingly neat to watch. I hardly read comics, but I feel like even if strength, speed, durability and all that were equal, Zod's heat vision and ice breath would give him at least a bit of an edge over Omni-Man. I'm pretty sure Viltrumites have no ranged attacks, and having one in this fight could help. But like I said, that's not getting into who's actually stronger, faster, and more durable, so take this for what you will.

Viltrumites are able to tank high tech lazers and brutal weather conditions pretty well. Omni-man also not only took Supreme's heat vision, but he bested Supreme in a fight. Supreme is like a slightly weaker Superman with no weaknesses. So I'd say he'd at least do well against Zod for a while.

In space, an Astronaut can move a large piece of equipment that he normally couldn't move on Earth. And yes, yes, I know all about speed, mass and inertia...blah, blah. Three) According to The Official Handbook of the Invincible Universe (Published 2007) the entry for Omni-Man states that he can bench press in excess of 100 tons. While this isn't his upper limit, they clearly didn't say 200 tons or 50,000 tons. (Thragg wasn't introduced at the time this book was published so he doesn't have an entry.) Four) According to the DC Adventures Hero's Handbook (published 2010), the entry for Superman states he can bench press 200,000 tons. But this is high for standard Kryptonians. And currently in 2022 I believe Superman has surpassed that measurement. Five) Currently, according to the unofficial non-canon Invincible Wiki, Omni-Man can lift "Thousands of Tons" but even they don't say hundreds of thousands. Six) The Invincible Universe is loosely connected to the Marvel universe as Invincible did a team up with Spider-Man once. And you'll notice that Marvel often low powers many of their characters as well.

However, I can still answer your question...sort of. My answer needs to be a little long, sorry. How heavy would an asteroid the size of Texas be? The only astronomical body near Earth the size of Texas would be the dwarf planet Ceres. Ceres is round like a ball and it's diameter is about the size of Texas, so let's use that. Even if you sliced Ceres in half like an orange, it's diameter would not change (it would just look like half a ball) and still cover Texas, but it's weight certainly would change. Half a ball weighs less than a whole ball. Now, the way Omni-Man spoke about the asteroid in the episode I would have to assume that it wasn't Ceres and instead was something like a rogue alien asteroid. What was it made of, ice, metal, rock? The composition of the asteroid would definitely influence how heavy it was. Okay, all that aside, an alien asteroid, round like a ball, composed of mostly rock and metal ore would weigh...THREE QUINTILLION tons. (3,000,000,000,000,000,000 tons.) That's a billion billion. To put that number in prospective, the Empire State Building weighs 365,000 tons, the Great Pyramid of Giza weighs 6.5 million tons, and the Great Wall of China weighs 100 million tons. Plus, an asteroid weighing that much, moving at 50,000 mph would take god-like power to lift. Even Superman would have trouble with that. I seriously doubt Omni-Man is THAT powerful. And, no where in the comics does Omni-Man do any feats that even come close to that. Final note: Omni-Man said that he "stopped" the asteroid, not lifted it. He could have simply punched through the Texas sized asteroid, breaking it into smaller manageable pieces, then just threw the pieces back into space. Hope this helps.

Kryptonians are a much stronger race than Viltrumites, with one key difference. Viltrumites weakness is an incredibly specific sound, whereas Kryptonians are de-powered by specific space rocks and red suns. Viltrumites are only knocked off balance by their weakness. Kryptonians are crippled. In a fight where neither are able to prepare, a kryptonian will almost always win. In a fight where both are able to prepare, the viltrumite will almost always win.

I know Zod's potentially can be limitless where Omniman has very clear limits but if we use Zod from the comics and the movies they are still getting used to the yellow sun, they are trained warriors but can't control the new power right away it took Clark all his infancy, puberty and some of his adult hood to become superman and then it took him thousands of years to become superman prime. So maybe Omniman has a better chance of winning it all depends on the planet or if he just arrived to earth.

@@bladeblade8443 Omniman did NOT destroy a planet. He simply flew through its destroyed core. Space Raceer was the one who actually destabilized Viltrum using his plasma rifle. Plus Omniman was also helped by Invincible and Thadeus. If Omniman had tried to destroy the planet himself, then he would have died.

@@bladeblade8443He DID NOT destroy the entire planet of the Thraxans. He just managed to damage their infrastructure and massacred their people. Zod would have easily destroyed the entire planet in a very short period of time. Plus the Thraxans were able to survive the assault of Omniman. Its shown in the end credits scene of Episode 8 of Invincible that they were planning for another invasion. If Zod had attacked them, he would have easily guaranteed the extinction of their race and the total destruction of their planet. Omniman is just a bug compared to General Zod.
