Hi Jodie, so excited for this video! I watch your videos as they are positive vibes and you are promoting self-love. I’ve realised recently that I have ADHD and I realised my inner voice is so negative. Thoughts such as I am a bad person, I am a bad mum, I am a burden. Your videos remind me to be kinder to myself and prioritise myself and that I am beautiful and that deserve to be happy. Thank you and keep going ❤

Hello lovely Awww, I'm so happy to hear that. My son also has ADHD so I totally understand and as a mum we always worry about if we are being the best mum and you just have to remember that we are human we will get things wrong at times but as long as your trying your best or trying to make changes where you went wrong then that all that matters. It's so important to fall in love yourself be consistent on prioritising doing things that .make you feel good inside and look after your body and trust me things will fall into place. I work on that everyday and I'm still a working progress but I'm alot happier now than I have ever been and I hope I can promote this to others for them to start loving themselves holistically. I'm so happy to have you here as part of this little beautiful community I have here. We are all beautiful in our own imperfect prefect way. Xxxx
