This pedal sounds so natural ... it's really surprising. And the features are really innovative! These guys are really breaking the pedal market with (finally!) some new stuff.

Thank you so much for your comment! Our engineers really did spend tons of hours trying to make it sound as natural as possible!

Just received mine. Purchased mainly for strat style vibrato effects on fixed bridge /LP style guitars. Nearly perfect emulation, A/B with strat , hard to tell difference! One difference- guitars stay in tune!

This looks great! I like using my Whammy emulation on my Digitech RP255, but my biggest complaint is that it doesn't feel like playing a real tremolo since it can't easily go between pitch-shifting up and pitch-shifting down. Nice to finally see a spring-loaded pitch-shifting pedal! You should make a Floyd Rose pedal next with a wider range of pitch shifts, including divebombs. :)
@CHell-hf2ch2 жыл бұрын
The option for endless vibratos and 2 octaves down/up would be a gamechanger for the bigsby. I still enjoy mine tho! Paired it with a Digitech ricochet , and it’s been fun.

I really love this pedal. I'm still discovering new things with it! I have the pedal connected with my MIDI controller. Is there a way that the installed MIDI channel is still saved when the pedal is turned off. Because now I have to set the midi channel back to MIDI channel 7 every time I turn the pedal on. Can you guys please help me? Thanks in advance and much love to Gamechanger Audio for making such great pedals!

@GamechangerAudio is there a way I can use it as a pitch detuner pedal to change the tuning say for all one entire song without needing to have the pedal pressed all along the song ?
@MisterBlue03 Жыл бұрын
Maybe with midi? In the manual it says you can use the LATCH mode to use the depth at a constant setting.
@scottbiaggi4324 Жыл бұрын
Only complaint is I cannot seem to secure it to my pedal board, nothing sticks to the surface either on the base or the sides (i've usually used velcro) and I do not want to resort to superglue! Other than that (and not being able to use it with a wah pedal, I just dont have the balance for that) it's brilliant.
@GamechangerAudio Жыл бұрын
Thanks for the feedback. We've been using ours with velcro-type tape without issues. You need to remove the rubber feet first.

I've come across a problem with mine. If I have it set to the octave and I'm pushing down all the way, 🤘it doesn't quite go to that full octave. I don't know if the metal arm is bending so it's not quite there or if the sensor is off, but if I pull on the top portion while I'm doing that it will hit the octave. Thing is out of whack. Thoughts?

0:09 The reverse mode seems bizarre no ? I means a real tremolo or vibrato on a stratocaster for instance when you push the tremolo near the body you make the sound bass and when it possible with floyd rose you pull the tremolo bar you make the sound more acute !! So why by default when you push the pedal you make the note more acute ?? Because floating tremolor are more rare and difficult to setup and keep in tone the majority of people who use a tremolo bar just push it and make note more bass ! Sorry i am french and bad english

Hi Jon! here's the link to our website: gamechangeraudio.com/shop/bigsby-pedal/ A 3.5 mm TRS to 5-pin DIN MIDI adapter is included. For the power supply, we recommend "One Spot" or you can choose any other standard 9V DC center negative power supply with at least 250 mA.

They are going to sell a shitload of these pedals for sure! I wonder how long the paten runs on these. 500 bucks seems like a lot, but for a working musician... Everybody needs one of these.
@AnodyneHipsterInfluencer2 жыл бұрын
$500?! Damn. But if you think about it, the audio quality and onboard functions clearly are incredible. So if its built like a tank and meant to withstand years of (ab)use as well as having easily replaceable parts , it'll certainly be worth that price. I'm going to have to check one out, get a feel for it's build quality.
@jeffmckinnon58422 жыл бұрын
@@AnodyneHipsterInfluencer I would imagine the digital technology would be quite simple, compared to delays or other modulation pedals out there. This pedal is more like hardware, than software, because you play it, rather than just turn it on or off. I agree. If it is well built, they are going to make a fortune with this.
@matimoksa2 жыл бұрын
are they decrease the price for this pedal? I just see it listing at $311
@antman2826 Жыл бұрын
It’s definitely a cool pedal. Probably sounds best just behaving like a real bigsby than all the extreme pitch bending and the LFO feature seems a bit goofy. But I’m it’s most basic behaviour it sounds amazing.

It's nice and all. But you can't get into it. The backplate is locked. How to fix or mod? Cannot. Huge fail.
@useless9872 жыл бұрын
Mmm. Not so sure about this. It sounds gorgeous, but not being able to latch the sounds means it's less handy than most octaver and chorus pedals. And let's be honest: it's never gonna have the same precision and speed as a manual tremolo bar. The lfo is very cool though.
@GamechangerAudio2 жыл бұрын
