I believe this is a human talking in this video the problem is he has quite a heavy accent and they were flashing the names so fast you could barely look at it... but yes I understand what you're saying the robot voices sound terrible but this guy just happens to have a very heavy accent.... and yes sometimes it's a little bit difficult to understand certain words that he's saying... if only all the videos that we ever watch could have a person speaking very clear English or whatever language it might be that would be nice but only in a perfect world.....(sorry)
