I don’t love the laundry room for me personally but I love seeing out of the box floorplans that are not cookie cutter all the same. So from that perspective it’s very intriguing

The kitchen cabinets should reach the ceiling, wastes space and also a dust trap. The living room is lovely and the kitchen light fitting is very very nice. The contrasting colours are great. I don’t like having no space at the sides of the cook top. I love the entrance coat/bag/leads area. The sink in the laundry room is fabulous, I love that utility room. I hand wash occasionally so that sink suits me fine. The bathroom is functional, it’s fit for purpose but not earth shattering. The bedroom is pretty good, lots of storage and I love the wall hooks. I love night stands but agree with you about the style that’s in this bedroom.

I like that they are doing something new! Laundry should be easier to do with good access around the machines and a dedicated sink. I wonder if it might help dog owners too, come straight in and can wash off in the laundry. I do wish the office space had a door to reduce noise though.

I'm looking into the 290RL. love the new interior. wish they would go back to the standard water heater. loved the gas/electric option. let KOA pay for my hot water. and better for boon docking too. maybe you could talk to them about the water heater? why does everyone make the bumper shorter than the width of the trailer? it should be at least a 1/2 inch past the side of the trailer. what good is it if you back into a post that just misses the bumper and opens up the back corner of the rv? ( don't ask me about how I know this ) if it's just a bit wider than the trailer, you'd hit the post/rock/picnic table/ light pole ect with the bumper and would be glad it was there. Well, our 2021 Brookstone has held up very well. Uncovered, plugged into power and full utilities, and towed on RV trips about 40 times and over 10,000miles since we've had it.

I really wanted to like this. But, in my search for a couples coach I’d prefer to see a half bath/office combo? And for people looking for a vacation or weekend unit, who prioritizes a full laundry room in their RV? That’s a whole lot of unnecessary real estate dedicated to the very mundane task of laundry. I would like this much more if the washer and dryer moved back into the bedroom closet, and then the space that was the washer/dryer becomes a water closet for a toilet behind a door. That way it can function as an office and a half bath.

I don't like the swing style baggage door on the non-camp side, from opening and closing over time the hinge wears out and you can't put a screw or anything in there because it's foam behind there

My favorite thing is the seat for putting your shoes on. The bedroom looked horrible, a queen 👸 with space to move around would have been a better choice. Having those wood shelves over the bed is not user friendly.

Wish they actually made the bathrooms larger with a shower designed for someone over 5’8. Way too small to comfortably live in. Bathrooms in 90% of these seem like afterthoughts

Brookstone is not at the same level as Pinnacle from an interior materials perspective. Much less expensive though. About $40k less expensive.
