Needs a half bath also! Outside kitchen needs a small refrigerator; a little sink plumbed to water would be lovely too. You were right-an actually different floorplan. Wood color in kitchen was great. We love the hidden office; maybe an option for one side of the hidden office could be a Murphy bed! Thanks for showing this!!

This acknowledges a shift in the audience of RV/5th wheel buyers - the remote worker, and is one of the best I've see so far. There are a subset of people working remotely that need.. or eve have to have ... privacy and quiet for Audio or Video calls. I'm curious how much sound deadening there is, given the TV is mounted on the back side of the door from the POV of someone working in the office. From my own perspective working from home/remote for the last 7 years, the office room is only a 3 out 5 at best. It reflects older RV design and needs a refinement pass. For example: make the side desktops flush with the front desktop to improve the ability to have dual monitors or a large monitor. It needs better / more power outlets (Surge Protection? UPS hook up?). It needs cord cutouts holes in the desktops. Add under-mount trays in back for cords, power adapters, etc (can easily add those), and a better configuration of shelves & drawers (why no drawer underneath the work areas? Desktop PCs are often put under the desk, but they would block legs on this setup. Where would you put a small printer/scanner/MFC? How to run cables to it? Add Whiteboards and/or cork boards? where goes any cameras, Microphones, and lights for making videos? How do you secure monitors and other equipment for travel? I could go on for a hour. As a potential customer of age and income to buy this who is looking to put the "remote" into 'working remote', Riverstone might be well served to interview people who are it's most likely customers, from programmers to medical support staff who need privacy for HIPPA reasons, as to all the things, big and small, that make their current workspaces work for them. A revised design might not add much cost, but could up the appeal from "good first try" to "OMG! this is a aspirational excellence!"

I love that office hidden behind the door. That would be so nice to have all your papers spread out and be able to just close the door so you don't see the mess. Children or nosy visitors won't be in your business and you can easily work while on the road.
@ahasher2 Жыл бұрын
This floor plan looks awesome for a working couple on the road! As someone who still has small children, I'd love to see the office space transformed into sleeping space. I love front living room floorplans, but they don't offer a "bunk" room and I would have to resort to pulling couches out every night. I'm not sure if others feel the same, but I would be a buyer for a front living "bunk" model.

If there was a powder room somewhere this would be 100%. I think that the office is my dream craft room without ever taking up space in the living area❣️❣️ One comment that they might want to think about is having adjustable shelves in all of the kitchen cabinets. The fixed shelves are slightly less useful. I think the outside is fantastic! They put the money in the structural stuff, which is what is important to us. I know you said a duallie would haul this, but at that weight, I’m thinking HDT might be in line.

Simply beautiful to look at. Not sure about the office up front. The TV moving while someone is watching so the front office can be used? More important to me is the total lack of counter space in the kitchen. No center island to make room for the very nice eat-in table area…. By the time I put the coffee maker out, my counter space is completely used up ☹️. This is a full-time rig and I spend a fair amount of time in my kitchen. Just not sure where you would prepare meals, etc. Bedroom is lovely! Bath is great. Always nice to see new designs. THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO! APPRECIATE YOUR TIME.

Wow, this unit has the best of everything. I like the hidden office, aside from disrupting the family while they're watching TV so you can come out. Outside kitchen needs a fridge and a sink for cleaning fish, why don't more have a sink? I like a separate grill away from the RV. Don't need the cooktop, you have that gorgeous stove / oven / micro just steps away inside. Never been a fan of 2 sets of steps inside, up to the living room, up to the bath & bedroom. Otherwise a gorgeous RV. How much $$$? Thanks JD.

We absolutely love this floorplan, it's everything we have been looking for and with the best manufacturing! Everyone says Riverstone is THE best! We love more of the white cabinets, but this isn't bad --just not our first pick and likely not the one we'll be decor wise. Curious about the tanks, I'm finding limited and conflicting info -- do you know the sizes for fresh water, gray and black tanks? I saw online one said 48 gallons fresh which can't be right!? That's so tiny! Thanks for the awesome insight on this video, look forward to more!

I bought a Riverstone and after 18 months everything in it was falling apart despite only having one person living in it and babying it / not moving it. And Forest River made getting anything fixed a drawn out nightmare. So while they look nice, buyer beware.

Everything is beautiful! The hidden room could be for anything. I do wonder why the dishwasher was installed low to the floor instead of under the counter as some RVs do. So much bending over. I also always wonder about the W/D set up. Why are there never the type of stackables that are attached to each other and the washer has a top loading lid? Maybe the manufacturers and designers expect only strong and flexible purchasers.

I’m living I’m river stone full time and can say that they don’t hold up well, the wall insulation has settled in many area’s causing extensive heat intrusion, the roof is garbage, it rides on a lippert Frame that’s having pin box issues and all that wood cabinetry doesn’t like any water getting on it because it will permanently stain it. They are better than most but they are still put together carelessly.

Can you explain how manufacturers come up with their model numbers/letters. The number hardly ever means the tip to tail length, it’s generally a few inches longer. And occasionally the letters make some sense, e.g., 39FB meaning a 41’ front bedroom, RB for rear bath of RK for rear kitchen. But sometimes it doesn’t make sense so do they just pull letters and numbers out of the sky? If you know the system, I’d like to know, just curious. Thanks. Why not year, then length, then featured room, e.g., Montana 2342RBR (rear bedroom).
