in the name of Bihari mutton handi they was serving Jock . They pour half cocked mutton in handi once they see customers and then boil for some time in handi and serve it. while in original Mutton handi they cocked entire mutton from bigening to end . This is the main reason i dident found real taste. just boiled mutton and taste less Gravy thats it.
