I am from Odisha,my state was heavily affected by maoists in Malkangiri,Koraput,Nawarangpur, Raygada because it is deeply afforested.But it is decreasing now due to development by Naveen Pattnaik Ji. In Chhattisgarh,Bastar is heavily affected by maoists in Narayanpur,Sukma,Bijapur,Dantewada,Beladila,Bastar,Kanker.Sukma is having border with Malkangiri of Odisha and few areas of Andhra Pradesh. The topography of Chhattisgarh is quite different from plain areas,once you will go to village areas,you can realise it.These maoists attack through ambush,they have strong influence on local tribals. Political will is first,locals should be taken into faith,because they loss life once maoists can doubt them as informer and kill them Infront of whole village. The only solution is to develop road, infrastructure in those areas in presence of force,then these maoists can't mobilise easily.There should be a joint search operation in Maharashtra,Andhra Pradesh, C.G.,Odisha,West Bengal,Jharkhand,then only the Maoists can be trapped.It's difficult to recognize the common maoists except most wanted because they can come in civil also. The other solution is deployment of Assam Riffles or Army along with air strike.Jai Bharat.

IPS & IAS lobby don't know the ground reality. They only know to create pressure on field commanders. If any IPS officer wants to lead CRPF ask him to serve at least 2 years in field 1) Please install internet mobile towers in CRPF Camps only. 2) Include field commanders in decision making. 3) Train CRPF with updated software for local mapping. 4) Train a module for Gurilla tactic . Naxals follow LTTE tactic. 5) Drones should be stationed locally.
