FUN FACT: when you catch a neighbor red handed, you can still question him and he will give pretttyyy unsettling answers. also there's a chance where if you catch a doppelganger red handed then let him in, the next neighbor in line has a chance to become self aware and will keep asking you to call the Doppelganger Detection Department (aka D.D.D) other than that, this is a very cool game mechanic. (EDIT, apparently the only character i could find footage of doing this self awareness is Alnord schmicht, so bijuu mike if you are seeing this, then i want to let you know that's the only way to trigger this event.)

Here's a tip: Make sure to call the apartment number before letting in people that look like the real ones (If you haven't seen them before in the level) because at the beginning of every level, the guy says: 'Doppelgangers MAY generate imperfections.' Ok (spoilers for the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy) no one really knows why the answer is 42, in the book these aliens build a super computer capable of basically solving all the universe’s questions. So they ask the computer what the answer to life, the universe and everything else is, and it takes like trillions of years to calculate and in the end it says that the answer is 42. No one knows what that means, and it tells them that the reason it doesn’t make sense is because they don’t actually know what the question is. So it tells them to build an even BETTER computer, which ends up being the Earth. Then it says it’ll take another trillion years or so to calculate the question. The start of the book takes place 5 minutes from the computer finishing its calculations, but another group of aliens who didn’t know it was a computer destroy the Earth and everyone on it (except for two who escape) because they want to build a space highway and the Earth is in the way. A bunch more stuff happens, I recommend reading the book it’s good
