A chubby old dude who was also pretty short fell over in front of me at a light. He was on a big cruiser and could barely get his feet on the ground. The light turned green as he pulled up to it so he hesitated between stopping and going. People really need to consider the weight and height of bikes, especially if they're short.

And that's one of our laws that needs to change. The cyclist suddenly swerved into the road suddenly and had no lights on, and still the biker gets half the blame. Note that if it was a car that hit him, the driver would be held 100% accountable. Unless you can prove intent on part of the cyclist, you're screwed.
