The one that crashed into the FEDEX truck, you could see they were going well above the speed limit. You would think they would be smart enough to figure out that if two of three lanes are at a stand still you probably shouldn't be speeding in the one open lane as someone's probably going to eventually move into that lane. Breaking the car window at the 1st instance only serves to panic the victim more. Everyone was so panicked they never bothered to check if the doors were unlocked. The rider wanted to break the back window that is why he was asking if there was anyone in the back seat as this would have been a safer window to break from the victims stand point. It is always better to try out the obvious options before breaking the windows.

it's comforting to see that a lot of these accidents are due to lack of defensive riding. It's always some other road user making a mistake and the biker going too fast to react. Secondly , the crash at 5,48 , he is travelling faster then he can see on the road to pull up in. In other words he has given himself no braking distance. In this case the horn works wonders.😀 I.e, If you can only see 30 yards around a bend then your speed should be 30 m p h . Thats why there iss a 25 mph sign. Roads are not race tracks. What you talking about? The car is to be fully blamed. I agree that the biker was riding too fast - no argument there. However, the car was making an illegal and unsafe broken U turn. Unsafe because how stupid it is to make a turn like that between two corners where you cannot see what's coming from either end. So that's a wrong spot to make such a turn. 2. The turn was made so slow that car spent so much time in the road and became a hazard. 3. That stupid driver never even looked before pulling out to complete the turn. If he had looked would have seen the bike and waited. These are three reasons why that stupid driver should lose his license!

@@Damitsall I think you don't understand. You can ride your bike, but you also have to obey the law, just like car drivers have to. If you want to race, go to a racetrack. Always remember on a bike you are less visible than a car. Stop racing through moving traffic and watch out for wrong behaviour of other traffic participants. But if you want to stop riding your bike, no problems for me. I have seen too many bikers drive like a§§holes already to feel sorry for self inflicted injuries and accidents. (This also includes a§§hole car drivers and bicyclists and pedestrians) Drive safe, and watch out.

The biker @5:35 is entirely to blame for that incident. There's a 25 kph (15 mph) speed limit sign on entry to that settlement, yet just before reaching the limit sign he was doing 96 kph (60 mph). The speed sign is there for a reason. As it is, both bikers were riding way too fast, crossing into the other lane and having no margin for error. There is a general principle of safe driving/riding, and that is to be able to stop in the space that you can see to be clear. Hammering around blind corners near the limit of adhesion is simply reckless. You never know what might be round that corner. A stopped vehicle, an animal, a child...

Clip from adventure boy is a perfect example of why you NEVER give up your right of way. People may think they’re being nice and letting the semi go but they create a dangerous or unsure situation for everyone else. Plus by waving someone else on you open yourself up to potential risk/fault in case of an accident, truck driver could blame the other two lanes waving him on and omit some of the blame potentially onto them if he had evidence they were waving him out.

TBH the other cars never gave up their right of way since they had no place to go. It's illegal to block the intersection and they left space for the truck to go. In my opinion, the truck driver would only be blamed in this incident if there was a turn signal for the turning lane and it was red. Otherwise, reasonably, he had a clear shot of turning and while he was doing that all the other cars would have to wait until the intersection was clear.

Your right of way is irrelevant if there is a semi already in the intersection completing a turn. Semis are big and need a lot more room and time. You have to give and take in traffic so everybody gets to go home safe. Not make it a competition.

If you see stoped traffic on intersection when there`s green light? Slow down! There is so many dangerous situations that can take place.... maybe some older person is walking off from crosswalk, maybe some animal crossing or there is big truck taking turn. Don`t be dumb and dont fly by next to it
