BIKE ERG + LANDMINE HIIT WORKOUT

Blast your legs with this Bike Erg + Landmine HIIT workout. Set damper to 10 and pedal for 1 minute, then go directly into Landmine Squats (10 reps); back onto bike for 1 minute followed by Landmine Sumo Squats (10 reps); back onto bike for 1 minute followed by Landmine Deadlifts (10 reps). This completes 1 round. Complete 3-4 rounds with 1 to 2 minutes rest in between. If you don't have the Bike Erg, you can use a spin bike or bike trainer...pedal at the hardest setting or gear. If you don't have a Landmine set up, just use dumbbells. GET AFTER IT AND FEEL THE BURN!
