Hi there, I was curious what the model number was for the leg extension you are using? the bench and the leg extension i see being advertised with the SCS inspire does not have the fly wheel or a place to connect the cable on the leg extension itself.

Why was the cauliflower in cold oil.. You're supposed to wait for the oil to get hot to deep fry that's why they were so greasy on the paper towel. Plus next time you probably don't need that much oil just enough to cover the veggies half way and then flip to the other side. Just constructive criticism loves ❤

This was *exactly* the info I needed to help me decide getting a more expensive curved manual treadmill! (I had hip bursitis from a normal treadmill.) Although I will be getting a used one....otherwise the pricetag is tooo much.

Very confused as to the palcement of the free weight rack I knkw its at the back and its reccomended to be at the front when doing more free weight exercises but then would the difficulties not be the same when using the smith machine at the back

I have owned a bikeerg for a few years. It's amazing. Not a cyclist, more of a lifter and runner. Yet, you can drive against other people on a round course with the bikeerg app for free every day, which is a great motivational boost for me. Also, the PM5 picks up my Garmins heart rate and if you connect the apps, you'll get the workout with all the details on wattage and heart rate imported into your Garmin app - even if your watch doesn't support indoor biking naturally!

I do have one concern about the maintainace. The flywheel is right below the handle. when cycling intensely, sweat will dripping from your face fall right on the flywheel. Does this make maintainance difficult?

Thanks for the great review! Seriously considering one of these for me and my family, but had a question for you. You mention (and I've read independently) that these non-motorized/curved treadmills are harder to run on and you run significantly slower on these than you would outside on pavement. I've heard these are designed predominantly for HIIT and interval/speed workouts. I'm more of a mid-distance runner (I like to just run 3-10 miles at a time for general fitness purposes rather than HIIT). My question is: can you use the assault runner predominantly as a more casual "family" treadmill, or is this something that really should be mostly used for HIIT/interval/speed work? Does the added difficulty of running on a curved treadmill make it annoying if I just want to use it mostly for 30min-1hr steady state runs? Thank you!

I may be wrong, but why don’t you turn the barbell row accessory around on the barbell sleeve, as it appears ,it’s offset for that reason, then you should be able to load your plates in front,..

No you don't as the bar is fixed and cannot tip. However, if you have it fully loaded and are lifting quickly, you might want to put some collars on so the outermost plate doesn't work its way off

@@plantED I owned a model D rower and sold it due to space constraints when I had to move due to work. Bought the skierg without base and fixed to a wall. Highly recommend. Just like the rower (and I imagine the bikeerg as well), you can ski easy and steady or do very intense intervals. I think you use 2/3 upper body and 1/3 lower with the skierg. Should be a good complement to the rower or bikeerg.
