Re: Short Cranks: instead of having to slide the seat back to account for short cranks (and once again closing up the hip angle) I opted to move my feet forward by sliding the cleat adapter all the way back for a more ‘mid-foot’ positioning. Now I am also protecting my knees, calves and Achilles strain from excess ankle flexion - so this improves my OTB run too. This has been a very comfortable and fast solution for me despite limitations and injuries.
