Being a German, living in the USA, i formally protest. In the small towns and with older folks chances a great to not find English speakers. Everywhere else it definitely is not so! But their beer is awesome, enjoy one for me, (Bittburger) please.

Herzlich willkommen in Deutschland. I think every TET or similar track is a challenge with a pillion. I hope you enjoyed your time here as we're in autumn season now with a warm and sunny/dry period and I'm on the bike, too.

Denmark is so strange. Absolutely boring if you want to do km but absolutely beautiful in many places and absolutely nice people. I like Denmark. And Norway and Sweden and the part of northern Germany where I live ;)

I had a good test ride on the T7 and the pillion seat was a reason I had to say no. Respect to Marion. 2 bikes will suit you both better. Half the weight each. Good watch. Lina and I back off to Portugal in a week or so. And back to Bean 17. Ride safe, both 👍

Hmm.. for the kind of adventure riding you are doing, it would probably be quiet enough with a Himalayan 450, or a CF Moto 450 MT, which just requires an A2 licence.. That's probably what Marion should aim for..🤔 That way you'd be riding a bike each.. From what I've seen of tests, both of them can keep up with a Tenere quite well..😉

Yeah I have been looking at both of those. The difficult thing is that there aren’t any dealers of those where I live… I also want a smaller bike for some trips.

@@RidetheBean Hmm.. Yea, well, regarding the Himalayan, I'm not sure there is much point in worrying about having a local dealer.. They seem to be very much designed to be cared for by the rider.. 🤔 Regarding the CF Moto, & it being a twin, I suspect having a good dealer providing local support is probably more important.. Apart from the issue of it being a Chinese bike, with all the potential issues that could result in, considering how western China relations are evolving presently.. 🤔 An upside with the Himmy seems to be it's modularity, & the amount of OEM & aftermarket mods & adaptations that seems to be in the making.. 🤔 I recently noticed that Acerbis is coming out with a 25 L tank for it, for exemple. It's said to have a lower dry weight than the original metal one, & at the same time, if you full it up, it should give a range of up towards 800 km.. 😎

Not really that important but those are not wind mills, they are called wind turbines, they produce electricity.

Ej altså, vi har flere gode motorcykelveje i Danmark - I valgte en hurtig vej, derfor var det måske lidt kedeligt.

No Bike is too heavy for off road it just may be to heavy for you for off road..... Been riding for 51 yrs and if I said it once I said it 1000000 times. more fun to ride a slow bike fast then a fast bike slow... Pick the bike best for you..... I have 11... from the XT1200 down to a YZ250X my T700 is a slow bike next to my CRF1000 and XT1200 but not next to my WR YZ
