When was this filmed, as that’s the older model, not the 2020 one?

I don't know about it being a adventure bike, where do you put your paniers ? Looks more like just an enduro bike with a large screen

Pinto made the stickers before choosing the engine, guess it`s the major fault of the bike!

Why would you be put off by the Portuguese Manufacture?

Use to be an EU t'shirt sold in Brussels,"To cook like the British"(picture of bangers/mash),"Subtle as a Dane"(got the wife bent over a chair) and "To be as technical as a Portuguese "(battering a computer with a hammer)....maybe the reason? :)

AJP is a company that builds amazing bikes but has the worst Marketing/PR/Customer after care/ in the world. They literally do not have a clue how to engage with potential or even existing customers. Any enquiries are simply directed to the worst website ever created and they give the impression that they couldn't give a **** if you want their products or not. Furthermore, if you need any spares or backup, you might as well go straight to SWM (who make the engines) because you will die of old age before AJP will help you (literally if you are in the wilds). That kind of arrogance is very short sighted indeed. Pity, because they are fantastic bikes.

Hwat arrogance? I think they just dont have big marketing budget. They made something closest to adv unicorn and thats what matters. Dunno about parts, that can be problem. But if i could afford one i would even go to Portugal to pick one, lol.

Unfortunately you are partially correct. The fact is they have the worst marketing, breaks my heart because I love the bike. Also don’t think they are arrogant, they are just bad at communicating. I’m sure that if a Portuguese person calls the factory they will answer and help you a lot. Finding parts in their stock or in smw. They know how to make bikes but little else. I really hope they improve.

@@Angry-Lynx Their arrogance is not in regard to marketing my friend. To hell with marketing, how about customer support? It does not cost anything to be polite and helpful to customers seeking aftermarket support which they are entailed to under a 2 year warranty that does not appear top be worth the paper it is written on. Don't make excuses for outright rudeness and arrogance. A small company selling a limited number of bikes should be more helpful to their customers not less! KTM is bad enough but AJP are in a league of their own. The only way to obtain parts is from SWM.

atomicfab we have been asked by many viewers to make older bike reviews available as stand alone videos so they are easier to search for, rather then trying to find them in our episodes.
