Bike Ride to Tamhini Ghat

The Tamhini road ghat cuts the Sahyadri range to join Mulshi to Tamhini and makes the route in konkan from Pune. This ghat stretches almost 15 km. The road is not so good with lot of potholed sections. But the entire stretch becomes a popular destination during the monsoons. During the rainy seasons, the place transforms into a green bed with lots of waterfalls and small streams.

How is it possible? Chandni chowk Pune, pirangut, paud, peth Tikona, lonavla, NH4, Mumbai. Chandni chowk Pune, pirangut, paud, mulshi, Tamhini, dongarwadi, Tamhini ghat, bhagad, nizampur, mangaon......Mumbai-Goa highway.
