Bike Trip to Goriska Brda

Bike trip through Goriska Brda takes you between vineyards and idyllic villages and offers you the most beautiful views.
We started in Ljubljana and continued through Logatec, Razdrto and Ajdovscina to Goriška Brda. We stopped at the lookout tower in Gonjace and continued through Vipolze, Medana and Dobrovo v Brdih to Smartno.
Smartno is a fortified village in the Municipality of Brda. The village stands on a lookout pier. Inside the preserved walls is a compact core along the three streets around the church and its bell tower. The settlement has been declared a cultural monument.
