Check size/geometry charts. Iba-iba kasi kada manufacturer at kada model. Pero as a fellow 5'6", I'd recommend looking for a bike na nasa 510-525mm ang effective top tube length, tapos check mo nalang mga stand-over heights nila, make sure na may enough clearance (at least 1 inch ata ang recommended?). Usually size 46-48 din lalabas dito.
