Ok nmn tlga ang bike fit, there are two option para s bike fit , And i Guess sa napanood ko ,more effort ka sa patag dhil yang po position mo na na fit sau if for Patag , And the one position before bago na adjust ung saddle mo was for ahon ,.mas ok kc if ahon ka naka angat konti ng saddle mo para binti at hita nagtutulungan sa pwersa. Unlike sa patag more on hita ang ginagamit . Its your choice pa din maam .share ko lang din

you can never really tell if it is a good bike fit or new position unless you spend hours on the bikes and through the days after the adjustments. You may feel more comfortable in the moment just after the adjustments, but can feel weird and uncomfortable after spending hours on the bike. Not every body responds positively to a professional bike fit standards.

Yup! agree, after months of riding my bike, we now need to adjust it again. That's why he offers free lifetime re-fit as long as it's the same bike. :)

Glad the bukefitter isnt drinking coffee for the meantime. Baka tumaas na tolerance niya sa caffeine especially kapag nakaka-7 cups siya in a day minsan. Could take a few weeks or months bago siya bumalik sa normal caffeine tolerance.

Inline meaning straight post no? Not yet, sa ngayon I'm still okay pa sa seatpost ng Dare and meron pa daw 1-2cm left pero I have one na, siguro next update ng fit pag mas bababaan na niya yung cockpit area, i-try namin kung mas effective ba sakin yung straight seatpost. :)

Pwede rin bang eventually you'll get used to your bike setup and katawan mo na mag-aadjust. Not that debilitating yung pain after a ride, just few aches here and there. Masasanay ka din ba?

In some areas sir yes because our body is adapting to the environment (Credits to God) pero for me there are specific body form talaga when it comes to specific Riding style if you are a racer then there are specific body forms for you if you are more on enduro or Trail riding you must apply the same din
