Nice vid, only one thing stands out as not ideal - packing heavier items like jars of peanut butter in the saddlebag. The saddlebag is already prone to swinging even when strapped down, and putting heavy things in it will make it worse and make the balance worse when it does swing. Much better to pack the heaviest items in the framebag or some other place that is lower and more center on the bike. Keep the saddlebag for things like sleeping bag, clothes, etc. Light stuff that can be stuffed into the saddlebag and really pack down tight when you strap it all down. Just my two cents. :)

Good times on the lake! I like rear panniers because, where else am I supposed to put 5kg of dog food, 3.5kg of oats, 6 beers, and 4 bags of potato chips?

i think the advantage of seatpost is less chance of breaking compared to racks and the clips on the other bag ... good video

Thanks @bikepacking - I agree but also think that racks breaking is as big of an issue as it is made out to be. I have cracked my rack but it can always be fixed with tape until welding options are available. I guess, I wouldn't tell someone not to use a rack because it might break.

saddle bag should by packed with heaviest stuff first
