I’m so jealous of that trip. It looked like such fun. I’m sure my 71 year old body could never do it even on my ebike, so I’ll just have to fantasize about it. I’m happy that you were able to experience it. Please do more trips like that! 🚲❤️🚲

Did the same route last summer. Stayed in the first Bothy you did, the posh one as I call it lol. Follow the river up stream and you will find a waterfall and plunge pool - great for wild swiming. Only a 10 min walk from the bothy! That dam is the "top gear" Dam that Hammond went down in a Landrover. It was part of a route from the South of Wales to Warrington I did, took me a week. Awesome! Bothies on all nights except one. Met many great people along the way.

Pets are one joy after another - they know you are leaving them for a bit so they give you a small piece of something to remember them by! 🐈 Very cool ride both the cycle trip and the bike and the two lads looked like great companions to ride with. 👍

Good article here on the need to pitch in with keeping them lovable www.theguardian.com/travel/2019/jan/25/mountain-rescue-why-bothies-need-a-helping-hand-a-photo-essay.
