Thanks so much for the great effort of filming excellent scenery, food and good choice of background music. When i find similar backroads winding up mountains and through forests I feel like I've found gold. I've been to japan 3x and yet to try out a ryokan and you've convinced me it's a very worthwhile experience. Looking forward to the next vlog on a road i cycled last century! :)

I doth rideth this road may 1999 after a rest day in nikko. The only downhill in japan that i was able to overtake buses with due safety , of course.

very enjoy watching your video! Wish one day I can do bikepacking in Japan. btw, do you guys speak Japanese? If not, how difficulty it is to communicate with locals in English?
@moecycling3 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much! We speak some Japanese, and it is very helpful in the countryside. If you want to travel in rural Japan, learning some basic sentences can go a long way. Otherwise, I recommend traveling with a guide!

What 360 camera is used in this video?
@moecycling4 жыл бұрын
It is an insta360. What do you think of the footage?

@@moecycling Thanks, I'll have to check it out. The 360 camera really adds some great scenes to the video.
