Your videos blow me away mate. They’re breathtaking and you give me so much inspiration to get further out more on the bike. I actually get a little emotional watching these. Nature is so amazingly beautiful if we just get out there and look. Loved this. Thank you for sharing. 🤗

I'm quite glad it wasn't just us, thought we were hopeless walking so much. We did the outer loop on hardtails with lightweight pannier set ups, 6 yrs ago. As you rattled down Glen Tilt I knew exactly where you were as we started/finished at Blair Atholl. Took us 3 1/2 days with a lot of vertical heather hike-a-bike. We did think it would have been a lot easier with no kit. We were supposed to do the inner loop but decided we were not hardy enough relatively inexperienced mtbers in our 50s. Just been back in September and did a 50km loop from Glen Tilt, even unloaded it was super tough. But my swim in the Falls of Tarth before the weather closed in for the rest of the day, was bucket list. This time we had a warm camper van to return to, not soggy camping for 3 nights. up there as one of my best rides ever. Both of them.

Good video mate, i recently did the outer loop on a gravel bike loaded up with panniers. The section from Marr lodge to Blair Atol is probably some of the best scenery and remoteness ive came across. Would love to come back and do the inner loop aswell on a more suitable bike. Thanks for sharing.

e-bikes are no good for remote Scotland, unlikely to survive river crossings and weather. Then you're stuck with heavy bike miles from anywhere. A total pain when you have to lift over locked deer gates also.
