Ahh I'm guessing 'skip a chunk' means you missed out the sting in the tail. You missed out the best bit (lol)! I would not have headed out on that if I'd known how much of a drag it is!

Fun video! How muddy does the Cairngorms loop get? It looks wet with gnarly water crossings...but the trails still look pretty firm (i'm sure the rocks get slick though). Just curious how goopy/muddy the route gets in the wet.

it doesn't get super muddy/ gloopy. There is plenty of rock and grit though so the mud you do get is super abrasive and will really wear down brake pads and drive chain pretty quickly
