Daytona Bike Week will bring more than 500,000 thousands motorcycle enthusiasts to Daytona Beach, Fla. for this 10 day festival where it is very important to follow all of the rules. While on Main Street at Daytona Bike Week Cycledrag saw Police giving warnings and sometimes tickets to motorcycle riders who they deemed to be revving to loudly, including this Harley Davidson Bagger with a Rinehart Exhaust Racing System that Daytona Bike Week Cops said what too loud. Daytona Beach police have got out of hand the last 3 years. Everyone has a hobby. Some like RC cars trucks boats and planes some like to boat and fish and everything that has to do with that hobby is there pride and joy there life. Being that said motorcycle’s are our life our pride and joy and any town in any state we do events in brings 1000’s of dollars to that town in a very short period of time. Not to mention the amount of money and/or supplies our culture donates to from children to veterans in need. So if we want to rev up or release a little excitement why treat us like animals and/or crooks? On a normal basis I totally understand but during an event where we come from all around the WORLD to your town. Great video and thank you for your years of support mate!!!

Yep, Sturgis cops are way nicer. They don't bother you unless you are way off the chain. And are there to help you, if you need it. My last trip there, I watched two cops help an old guy out, bump starting his pre-WW2 BMW. That's the police force you'd be proud of. Daytona cops would have given him a parking ticket.

I live here and have been going to Bike Weeks for about 15 years now. Daytona is getting bad. Its becoming more about the debauchery and less about motorcycles. Even most of the vendors are pulling out. The towns been trying to shut it down for awhile now and the D-bags are just giving them the ammo they need to get rid of it. People think they can come here and s**t all over the town and the local's simply because its Bike Week.

The "ticket for almost anything" that the cops are doing is the main reason most bike rallies have moved the majority of their events outside of the downtown area. Look at Sturgis, stop signs every 10 feet , then write a ticket. The last time I went to the 51st bike week, main street was packed day and night, almost impossible to find a place to park your bike, sidewalk filled solid with people. Not anymore, it's a joke now and the cops are even thicker than back then. Soon all of the gathering places will be outside of the city where you don't have several cops on every corner just waiting to grab you and write a ticket for something.
