@@smokingwithjoeandamanda He bro, you're a crybaby because you got called out on what you didn't actually know and continued to push it with other people commenting and then threatened them. You reap what you sew, deal with it. and as someone who actually did bother to get a JD and seen hundreds of court cases, sorry but there is no criminal case for getting your feelings hurt and under Oregon hate crimes law you are only able to make a criminal complaint if someone damages your property, makes a credible threat of injury or harm, or causes injury and physical harm to you. The hate speech laws were dead on arrival under Brandenburg v Ohio, and in the ruling of Phelps v Snyder you have NO expectation or right to not be offended or insulted. Get over it.

Seen this in soo many Chinese and Indian clips. It's a patten, for sure. Same in Turkey and other similar countries in the Levant. But rarely in Russia unless it's a trophee wife in a SUV. Rarely in Latin America. They seem to be really bad drivers, but still more relaxed, not so ego-fixated.

Exactly that. But also there’s a huge amount of people who drive and think they either own the road or there’s a contest (for the tarmac ahead or going faster). So the VW and the car ahead of that are tailgating and would hate a bike to go past, so they make it harder for the bike - but this fool was so focused on what was behind him. Nice of the biker to stop. But as soon as you see fit lads jumping out and nothing wrong either them, clear off. Driving like that and the first words out of his mouth spell danger, blame, etc. Just go. Entering a debate is stupid and could go as far as incriminating.

Filtering is legal in Montana, not splitting. People tend to confuse the two and/or combine them as a single action.

Is filtering the same as lane splitting?

@@smokingwithjoeandamanda For the most part, filtering is when traffic is stopped. Splitting is when it’s moving. There can be a grey area if traffic is less than like, 10-15mph or “stop and go”, as well as where you decide to do it. But basic terms, filtering=stopped, splitting=moving.

There are very small fire extinguishers than can be carried in a backpack (Element E50) and doesn't weight much or take space. Is it so hard to carry one? I don't ride, but I carry a fire extinguisher in all my vehicles along with a first aid kit. Be safe out there.

11:18 imagine riding up the shoulder cutting people off or forcing them out of their lane and then thinking someone is a "loser" for being mad at your idiotic riding. Here's the thing. If you get mad when someone does that to you while driving in a car and you scream at them than you're entitled to the entire use of the lane, what makes you think you can do it to someone else on a narrow road and they have no right to get upset? Honestly a lot of these riders shouldn't have a license. 30 years and I never have thees kinds of problems for a reason.

@@estBradley Splitting: riders riding side by side and/or travelling at speed (40mph+) in between lanes while traffic is flowing normally. Filtering: riding between lanes during a traffic jam and/or going to the front between lanes at a red light.

0:13 first, why are they speaking English? It sounded like they both reverted into some chinese-like language at times. Second, why push the debate with a driver when you are not part of his accident? Just let him be with his guilt. The driver acted like he was projecting his feelings of guilt on the first person to show up. Blaming whomever. I did that as a child, too.

It sounded to me like the rider wasn't Chinese so the driver decided to speak to them in English which it isn't uncommon to be spoken by south asians and used as a bridge language in the region. Just my guess I could be wrong

@@dcsteve7869 Ok that makes sense. I couldn't tell. I was surprised the Chinese guy spoke so relativelly fluent, too. It didn't exactly look like a tourist spot, so the readyness to speak English wasn't expected. It was an interesting video for many reasons!

dude wasnt splitting, he was filtering.. still may have been illegal in montana before that day, but they are not the same thing

10:32 there’s no logic to be this ignorant. If you plunge the filler hose into the tank like that, a working cut off valve will only fill your tank about half or two-thirds. You must know your bike is only going to take between 10 & 20 litres, it fills very fast, so just watch it. And you want the filler spout barely into the tank (a few mm / quarter inch), so you can fully brim the tank full. And never trust filler hoses aren’t faulty.
