Should be Illegal for any town/city to not help homeless people, such an abandonment when small donation of 0.1% of most people income, could easily improve greatly, the lives of homeless people. Lots of abandoned houses, lots of food 1week to 1 month before expiration date 📅 could be donated, and then Therapy/Rehab/Mental Health Institutions, to recover them. Also too much work is bad, max 10-12 hours a day. If you think about it isn't hard to solve, bit Politicians don't do their job, and of course don't want The People's supervision or protests
