Most of the time when cop don't chase its because of a no chase protocol for the safety of the rider and civilians because if the cops doing 100+ and the bike is doing 100+ someone is gonna die if there's a mistake made. That's why I think cops shouldn't even fuck with bikes when they take off cause someone's gonna get hurt or even die

Some places have a no chase policy if the perp starts running and causing a dangerous público safety hazard. Happened to me in San Francisco years ago when they tried to pull me over. I eventually paid the price though in court.
