From how you ended this episode it seams like you have 2 options, either trap the bike and use them as bate then lure the bikers to them or Setup both the bikers and the police to come the same location => big fight / shootout

NEXT EPISODE: 2 ideas based on how this episode ended. 1. Payback for not getting patches. Now that the brothers have stolen 2 of the gangs bikes, they mastermind a scheme to frame the gang, they scope out a gang meeting, to see what clothing that 2 of them are wearing, then piece together the clothing and commit 1 or more heinous crimes, trying to get the police to put out a BOLO for the bikes and identity of bikers, causing LEO to ultimately raid the gang. 2) Since it was said at the end of Ep1, that Bruce was in the hospital, the brothers mastermind a plan to kidnap Bruce from the Hospital, (either by dressing as the gang with masks, and coercing him to leave with them, and holding him hostage from the gang. Or by acting as a EMS crew that has orders to transfer the patient to another facility, stealing an Ambulance to execute the transfer. The Ransom involved is Official Patches, but the Gang still tries to use stickers.
