Ryan is an excellent compliment to GTA 5 RP. Things have improved drastically since the addition of Ryan. Always the same Buggs, which is fantastic, but add Ryan and it's magic.

Personally I watch BUGS, so I want to hear whomever he plays with, including Ryan. It adds content and context to the scene at hand. I don't care if there is talking over each other, it's the content and context that matter, it keeps the story together. Even if it breaks the RP, you still have to communicate somehow with each other.

RP idea -veterans go to war with either a gang or the police they use either weapons from when they were at war or modern day equipment. -undercover gang member or something that inflitrates the police to slow them down or mess up when someone else does crime -Be knockoffs or exagerations of yourself like Bay Area Poggs and RizRyan and drive around with cars that are like your real life vehicles and break traffic rules all while livestreaming/vlogging
