Thank you for opening your doors! Great to see and although there’s a premium, Allied has shot up to the short list.

Very cool to see what goes into a truly made in America bike frame. 👍

As a dealer a while back, these frames constantly have the best paint I’ve ever seen. Congrats.

Super cool. I used to work at GG and am always stoked to see a manufacturer tour, especially a US operation 🤙

Good to see companies from "that other place" making quality products with local workers and being proud of who they are, what they do and where they are. We should support even if the initial cost is not as cheap. Remember, "Buy cheap, buy twice."

Well done allied! Amazing amount of labour in carbon frames.

I would love to know how many manhours go into building a typical carbon mountain bike from the cutting room through to the completion of its final build. It must be a great many.

Boy look at all those high-tech employees making the carbon frame. Asia factories has easily surpassed US manufacturing.

That what happens when a master teaches an apprentice. The apprentice will eventually end up surpassing his master. Which is good because that’s what drives innovation. If America didn’t outsource its carbon frame manufacturing overseas. The factories in China wouldn’t learn about how to make carbon fiber bike frames. But since you’ve willingly shared your company trade secrets. The factories in China can now make it cheaper and better. They are now experts in carbon manufacturing. Since they have learned how to innovate along the way. New lightbulb ideas you wouldn’t think to improve the product design and manufacturing. If you kept production domestic and still own the factory. Like China wouldn’t use a robot to sand a carbon frame since you can hire a human to do the same job cheaper. Even it takes longer man hours to finish.
