You can be rich, your invention of a Jet-Ski cycle , no floor boards needed, lots of leg room, certain legal items need to be installed and maybe you can figure out how to run on water as is just like the Amphicar call it the Amphicycle. Peace.

my 2022 new years resolution was to get my liscense and get a bike. took my Motorcycle Safety Course over the weekend on the 8th+9th, (found out it's gonna be a week before they handed me the DMV form for my endorsment) and went to dmv yesterday the 10th to get my bike permit. Drove 2 hours out of town that same day to test ride, and end up buying a friggin cherry 1985 Honda Magna V65 1100cc cruiser. for $1150 (bike was technically only $750, but i had to buy a bundle of his old gear for $400) Bike is in phenomenal condition considering it is 36, or 37 years old. all the bells and whistles work perfect. new tires. just been serviced. all *seems* to check out. Only issue is the battey is tired.. By that i mean if you leave the key on without starting it, it will go dead in 5-10 minutes and need to be trickle charged back up. but it holds a charge. Dude owned it from 1997 to yesterday when i bought it. He was 2nd owner. Now im #3. Im thinking of riding it for a year or so, and after saving up some money, going for maybe a 2020+ harley sportster 883. What do y'all think?

@@gumbilitous2804 thank you kindly. No I did not end up getting a Sportster. Nor did I end up keeping that Magna. Not because there was anything wrong with it. I sold it to a friend of a friend who had been looking for one for near a decade. I had it for about 4 months and sold it to him for three grand. I have since bought and sold four other bikes until I landed on a 2002 Honda VTX 1800c. I hope that's the bike I'll keep until I die. But the b**** has been giving me some issues with engine noise and a rich running condition. We'll have to see how some of my latest attempts at fixing it turn out.
