Possible but I’d be worried about how stable it is side to side. You could add outriggers though I guess 🤷‍♂️

I like that Guy. Could you use it in a back of a van type scenario? Obviously the bike wouldn't be erect if you pardon the expression.

You could use it horizontal but you’d be better off with the standard Bikestow which is specifically designed for vans
