It was painful, landed hard on left hip. I couldn’t walk for several days, didn’t think I’d be able to ride a bike again. Was lucky! Practice on grass and wear a helmet!

Here you go. Lake Accotink Parking maps.app.goo.gl/hzSvqnyY8EWUmta46?g_st=ic Accotink trails are to the left, starts with steep climb on paved road. Wakefield park trails are to the right, about a mile out.

You can get to those drops really easily from Carrleigh Parkway. It's like 50 ft from the road there
