Mike’s cue’s on training are soo hard to execute, especially if you’ve been training /moving weight for years without any sort of real consideration on the muscles mechanic’s. But once you get them, the changes in your physique are instantly noticeable. He’s the man!

Yea I can finally make my mid pec bring my arms together while drivingwith my palm. It definitely changed how I view pressing.

Maan ohh maaan, im trying to follow the workout as shown in video back to back, that is hard to do. Im out of breath and sweating like a motha🤯. I feel like i finally getting a work out.
