Biko Pinipig Recipe || Secret Recipe by Old Lady Cooks || Biko || Biko with Pinipig by Lola Vlogger

Biko Pinipig is my favorite kalamay I always wonder how my grandmother made this, and today my grandmother/lola vlogger will share this secret for the first time
in this video heres what we use and this is good for 3 medium size bilao about 18 inches in diameter
ingredients
2 kilo of glutinous rice
6 matured coconut {pressed and seperate the first and 2nd coconut milk = 4 liters}
1/2 kilo of pinipig {rice crispies)
1 kilo sugar (we recommend to put white sugar if you use brown the color will be against each other as a result of pale green color)
3 condensed mik with pandan flavor jersey brand (or use regular condensed milk just add pandan essense or leaves)
1 tablespoon of liquid green color (use powder food color for best result )
2 tablespoon of pandan flavor (we missed the footage put the flavoring after the liquid food color
you can devide the ingredients if you will cook small amount
