As someone who heard the leaked album back in 2006, heard all these KZbin covers of “White Turns to Grey” and “Lord Dont Let It”, resonated so hard with “All For Love” years later, seeing dope live performances & guitar solos of “Gotsta Be” and “Make Me Over” in his shows, hearing that someone who likes Bilal never heard of it is why I HATE THE MUSIC “INDUSTRY” WITH A PASSION. From my understanding Bilal is somewhat complex just like many other deep conscioused artists. That typically eventually makes their work hard to consume for the masses. A perfect example of this is Bilal's last lp. Give it a listen. You'll see. Make no mistake, Bilal is ultra talented and definitely a gift to the music industry.
