I didn't believe it at first when my therapist said it would be more effective than medications. But since I decided to try it later, I listen to it every day. Sometimes I listen to it on repeat for even an hour. I have anxiety and obsession disorder. While my brain was full and I was not thinking about anything other than the disease, it activated my brain again and I slowly started to return to life. Thank you very much for sharing this beautiful music with us and for your efforts. May god protect you 👏🏻

Hello Nunu. I confess that a tear ran down my cheek when I read your message. Because with people like you who open their hearts and express here their experience freely, it touches my heart and exemplifies the reason to touch my mission and do what I do. Bilateral Stimulation Music. Please send your doctor my respects, because betting on your body together with your neurology to take the reins without chemistry. It is true that sometimes chemistry helps; now, if it can be avoided sometimes the body is grateful for it. You have done it. Keep going, keep going and trust your body. Thank you. Namaste!

This is absolutely the truth. There is so much healing thru allowing yourself to feel. We avoid it soooo much and it just festers. Even tho we think maybe we’ve moved on, we don’t think about it or dwell on it now so we must have. But your body hasn’t forgotten. You are doing yourself the biggest favor, keep pushing through it. I’m in recovery from concussion/TBI. It’s been 3 months since the drunk driver tried to drive his vehicle through my drivers side door. I got knocked around quite a bit. My vehicle was totaled. Between the physical and psychological PTSD on top of cPTSD that I suffer from the experience this helps. My therapist has me slowly starting EMDR therapy with just sound and vibrations. I can’t do the rapid eye movements yet due to my injuries. But I’m researching what I can do to help myself heal. And this popped up. Thank you with all of my heart. 😊

I could use an extended version of just this.. It doesn't take away from my problems, no.. But it calms myself down and allows me to think peacefully over the hanging dilemma in my life without feeling so overwhelmed. At times, all I need is to just think about things in peace away from my own intrusiveness and there it is, a clear thought, a clear path and some times I never look back on those thoughts with the same level of intrusiveness I once had.
@JorgeHendersonCollazo2 жыл бұрын
Dear Jasmyn, Regarding the length of the melodies, you can allow yourself to listen to the same melody again or go on to another one. And so you also change the register and timbres which can also help you in other areas of the brain. The thoughts that you call "intrusive" are actually a type of thought, which are part of us and connect us with emotions that are less suitable for our well-being. I recommend that when you detect thoughts that you call intrusive, you awaken compassion in them. And with that you can allow yourself to accept that as they are thoughts, you can help them with other thoughts that are just as intrusive but with a healing response in your body, in your emotions and in your life. Thoughts that most of us call positive. Namaste!🙏

Dear Jhustyn It's fine for me if you write in English. I'm honored to know that you've been listening to this music for a year. I see that at this moment has touched an emotion that for you and your soul is important to show. It's perfect what you've done, if I understood correctly, you let it in and you cried everything you needed. See the sensation, let it in, and navigate with it. I want this process to take you to a place of healing and love, to what your soul gave rise to. Namaste!

Hello, thanks for your comment! In your case let me recommend that the use of music be supported by EMDR therapy if you can afford it. If not, I recommend that when you listen to the music, put a lot of focus and attention on a positive thought pattern. Thinking that goes beyond the diagnoses you are talking about. Positive thinking means for example connecting with the music and at the same time with healing visualisations. Please avoid falling into the trap that music will save you. Music will help you if you put your mind to work in a positive way. Good healing path. Namaste.

Why does it make me want to cry in a good way??
@JorgeHendersonCollazo3 жыл бұрын
Hello Ashley It sometimes happens that this music, in addition to balancing the cerebral hemispheres, acts at the unconscious level. Therefore the fact that you cry, it could also be that you are connecting with an emotional area of which you are not aware. And by balancing the hemispheres, a stored or contained emotion arises. As a hypothesis, tell you that, if you tend to silence your emotions, probably the music is enabling a valve of expression and thus alleviate the contention. Namaste
