It is rare to experience a headache when listening to this audio, however sometimes a headache may occur as a result of EMDR, this is because your right and left brain hemispheres aren't used to 'talking' to one another to defeat trauma, this is essentially the brains way of healing itself and the headache will be temporary. I just listened to this and it's really powerful yet soothing. Few minutes into this the music was vibrating throughout my body and was literally flowing with it. I am have been doing meditation for a long period of time at 4 am morning. This deeply touched me. May everyone out there be healed from whatever that's been going on in your life. May God send his Angels to watch over and protect you in these uncertain times. We are all Spiritual beings in this physical form.
