They say "10 minutes on stage equals to 10 years of hard practice", it truly shows in this performance. Most of these performers are def from a Kungfu background, their movements are with such fluency and precision, I especially repeat n watched the ladies as all their motions in sync...bravo and tks for posting!

I once took martial arts classes and learned the hardest thing one must learn is suppression of one's ego in order to be in harmony with the environment and movements around them. And to never close one's fists even in anger. Control your ego in all aspects. I'm reminded of those lessons while viewing this amazing performance.. Shi shi. 🙏🔥

這個编排舞術，各位舞術家的氣勢動作都是一絕，無倫仳敵。但燈光及鏡頭有点拿换的弱，黑暗處太多，尤其聚人多時。還有遠鏡頭及近鏡頭拿的不是很棒！很多好動作都看不清楚！看的很吃力！我不是專家，只是略表一下而已，但我很是喜歡這影片！不愧是武術天花板。
