Feel like giving you a warm thank you hug :) Thanks for all the secret tips and tricks! My dhokla came out perfect with this recipe. I didn't even use powdered sugar(I was lazy :)). Instead, I used normal sugar and first dissolved citric acid, sugar and salt in half cup of water. Then mixed it with besan and then proceeded with rest of your recipe adding more water etc. Thanks again, I was looking for this recipe forever. Please keep up the excellence, all the best wishes:)

Please don't try without citric acid , It will ruin the dhokla's. (But if you want dhokla at any cost than with 2 tbsp lemon juice use Eno and not baking powder , WON'T BE THE SAME BUT EATABLE)
